Pre-K

The following items are required for enrollment in the CCSD Pre-K Program.  Please note:  Once documents are received, and eligibility is confirmed, you will need to register your child online at the Carson City School District’s Infinite Campus System.  Please note: All Pre-k enrollment is predicated on the 2025 Legislative session. All documents below must be received in order for the application to be considered and all complete applications will be recorded on a first come first serve basis.

1. Copy of your child’s birth certificate.
2. Copy of your Child’s immunization record.
3. Proof of address, rental/lease agreement, mortgage statement, or current NV energy or Southwest Gas Bill or Driver’s License.
4. If your child has an Individualized Education Plan (IEP), please let your school site office know and, if possible, provide them with a copy of the IEP.
5. Proof of income for each working parent, such as a 2025 income tax form 1040, three most recent pay stubs, unemployment documentation, SSI documentation, or foster care reimbursement.

There are numerous resources available online for young children who may be eligible for Pre-Kindergarten. Those resources include informative and interactive websites, apps, television programming and other sensory activities.
