Volunteers Needed to Judge Senior Projects

Grade-schoolers at Fremont Elementary School in Carson City temporarily experienced a reprieve from their day-to-day academic endeavors last week when several community partners and local dignitaries visited classrooms to read to students. Screenagers Documentary

With the sponsored support of Carson Tahoe Health, the Carson City School District will host two evening showings of the 60-minute documentary titled SCREENAGERS Thursday, Feb. 28, at the recently remodeled Bob Boldrick Theatre in the Carson City Community Center. All Schools in Carson City will be closed for the entire day Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2019, due to winter related conditions. All employees, students and teachers should remain home. No student activities or programs will occur. This includes afterschool programs, practices, performances and contests including interscholastic athletic events.
