Recycling is Higher Education!
The Educators Closet was established in 1998. This is a program designed to form a partnership between the community and our schools, to recycle unwanted materials that can be reused in a school environment to help our educators and students. This program accepts donated items, which would otherwise be discarded in the landfill. As you redecorate, move offices or throw out scrap materials remember, "The Educators Closet".
Our Goal is to reduce out of pocket money for teachers and provide useful materials at no cost to them and their students. Encourage community awareness of recycling to save our landfills. Recycling used materials builds an environmentally conscious community.
Hours of Operation
The center closes for the summer on May 29, 2008. Please notify the School District office to when the center will re-open for the 2008/2009 school year.
NOTE:
Kristi Pulizzotto is leaving us after nine years working as the Coordinator for the Educators Closet. She is extremely organized and creative individual who has been as comfortable in her teacher support role as she is as a community liaison. Her enthusiastic nature and dedication to the district account for the positive image she portrays in her travels throughout the community. Please join us in wishing her great success!
